Restore CSS for .hide class (fixes RK-65)

rfb11 requested to merge RK-65-suppress_metadata_fields into main

The duplicated/suppressed elements should still be rendered hidden to satisfy schema.org microdata. Apparently in the Hyrax 3.x -> 4.x upgrade we lost the .hide class this uses.
