Display item-level Rights URI field (dc.rights.uri) and render badges for Creative Commons & RightsStatements.org. Closes DUK-116.

  • Saves a local copy of PNG badges from CreativeCommons.org & RightsStatements.org
  • Uses SCSS and background-image properties to render the corresponding badges
  • Links the URLs to the corresponding license/statement pages.
