Activate dukespace theme as an extension of custom theme; remove un-customized components. Advances DUK-92

  • add a few minor customizations to demonstrate how
  • add a few i18n label changes (DSpace to DukeSpace)
  • add an image asset for homepage jumbotron
  • add one favicon .ico and configure the theme to use it
  • change font and link colors
  • override the homepage news component markup & styles.
