Deprecates Ddr::Vocab and its contents.
Adds config/vocab.json as replacement for deriving terms from RDF vocabularies.
Tweaks to docker environments
Optional boot benchmarking added to dummy app: run BENCHMARK_RAILS_BOOT=1 bundle exec rake environment at a shell prompt.
