c++, matlab, mex, and python (cython) implementations of ultrasound displacement estimators. Except for the backup matlab versions, the other three all call common c++ functions.

Here we experimented with dynamically controlling the hue, saturation, & brightness levels of a live video stream with three potentiometers connected by a SparkFun Photon RedBoard. This is the closest visual demonstration of the interface design.
