Ubuntu Pro detection

The current detection of Ubuntu Pro is by checking if the host is attached to Ubuntu Pro. But we are not attached hosts instead we are serving these repos from apt.oit.duke.edu therefore planisphere is not showing hosts having Ubuntu Pro. A possible way around it is to have puppet add a tag when added the esm repos that plainsphere-report can detect to indicate of host is receiving updates from Ubuntu Pro.
