kolide.flags - change host_identifier to instance

Sean Dilda requested to merge sean/osquery-fleet-client-linux:instance_host_identifier into master

Some manufacturers (ie ASRock) do not set unique host ids in their systems. By changing to the 'instance' host_identifier, each install of osquery will have its own unique id rather than relying on potentially faulty hardware info.
