Revise the display of the Creative Commons license section in web submission forms to match our local practices. Advances DUK-115.

  • Assuming we will use Item Template / Template item to provide a default dc.rights.uri value for each collection
  • Use CSS to hide the dropdown selector (license chooser) in cases where a URI has already been provided (do not give a choice)
  • Adjust the labels for this section.
