Changes "Log in with OIDC" label to "Log in with Duke NetID"
Hide the password-related options in the dropdown for environments where OIDC/Duke NetID is supported
Retain password-related options at the full /login page if ever needed
For now, uses a CSS fix for simplicity, the ds-log-in component is not themeable
