Suppresses fulltext snippets for embargoed items.

Also: implements access status badges in search results and changes the trigger for embargo release date display to access status='embargo' so that embargoes will not need to be lifted. They will just expire. This modifies Sean's code a little, but should also reduce the number of cron jobs we need to run by half.
