Add Altmetrics badge

Hugh Cayless requested to merge DUK-32-Altmetrics into main

Adds the Altmetrics badge, looking it up via related article DOI (if present) or via Handle if not. Also re-hides the duke.contributor.id (UniqueID) field in the full metadata view, since we can't suppress it if we want Scholars@Duke links.
