Add Scholars@Duke and ORCID badges to contributor names

Allows metadata values to have linked values piggyback on them in an associatedValues object, so we can put together contributor name, UniqueId, and ORCID, for example. Retrieves the profile URL from the Scholars@Duke API, given the UniqueId. Addresses DUK-33 and DUK-34.
