Upgrade Solr

Hugh Cayless requested to merge DDR-2605-Solr-9.2 into main

9.2.0 seems to work with a few adjustments, the biggest being a relocated data directory. Since we use a standalone Solr instance in production, that may not be a big deal, but in a dev environment you will need to remove the Solr volume and reindex everything.
